I agree. Those of us here in Southern California or on the east coast of the U.S. often forget about &quot;the flyover&quot; states let alone small foreign markets.  I had the opportunity to spend a lot of time in Central America last year and was glad to see so many vibrant &quot;small&quot; economies that are prime target markets for start ups and small  businesses.
